Every time you look around, you see another ad promoting a new fat burning pill or shake to help you lose the stubborn fat. Yes, they might work, but most people do not want to wait for a shipment in the mail or cough up the money for these pricey wonder pills. At least, I do not.
For the last 3+ years, I have done tremendous research on how to lose belly fat and since I am on a mission to lose the stubborn fat I put back on while I was recovering from my unexpected surgery, I decided to share some of the best detox waters that I used in the past and will drink again. The best part is, they are simple to create, easy to make, and are very delicious!
- Sassy Water – It is sassy because it is going to full of attitude as it kills that belly fat you dislike. It is very easy to make and you can pick up the ingredients at your local supermarket. I use a gallon water bottle (distilled water), but you can use a pitcher as well with filtered water. Cut up a fresh lemon, a fresh lime, hand full of fresh mint (full leaves are fine), a cucumber (with the skin), and 1 tsp of grated ginger. Let it sit for at least two hours. Consume 5-6 glasses throughout the day. Definitely start the morning with a glass of this delicious sassy water.
- Blueberry Orange Detox Water – Transitioning into this healthy lifestyle is very difficult at times because we tend to want something sweet, yet that is good for us. This yummy detox water is easy to make and with each sip you are aiding weight loss, gaining fiber and Vitamin C. How do you make it? 6 cups of water, 2 oranges cut into wedges, and a handful of fresh blueberries. I prefer to let it sit overnight before I drink a glass. I like to drink this while I am exercising.
- Apple Cider Vinegar Fat Burner – I was never a fan of apple cider vinegar, but this was by far one of the best detox waters I have ever had. This detox will definitely yield some great results. To make this detox, you add 4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 30 ounces of filtered water, 4 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, and 1 tsp of ground cinnamon.
It is time to live a healthier life. Why not start now? The best part about these detox waters is that you can drink them all day long. This does not have to be for a short time frame. You might just fall in love with the lifestyle and add this to your new daily routine.
